Driving through America for us means avoiding the interstate highways and seeking rural two lane roads. We also like staying in the middle of nowhere and can only do this if you are not dependent on electricity.

We already gained much experience with campers, but had not yet found the ideal motorhome for us. After searching the web, we ran across Campervan North America where we hired the Two4theroad which allowed us to make our four week trip through the American West the way WE wanted to travel. In addition to the wonderful Mercedes Sprinter campervan, the service we received from Campervan North America was great, despite us making the arrangements directly from across the pond!

I was delighted to find Campervan North America, as I was specifically looking for a small maneuverable camper to tread lightly and quickly on a mom/lad adventure through the Tetons and Yellowstone.

Our family of four thinks it's so fun to see different parts of the world this way, because camping has a way of putting you closer in touch with both nature and other people.

I was impressed at the quality of vehicle, the cleanliness of the interior, and the attention to detail, right down to the salt & pepper and olive oil in the cookset.

The “wrinkly teenagers” from the UK found the Edelweiss a delight for their weeks’ holiday around Yellowstone. We lived and cooked comfortably, explored places a large RV couldn’t have gone and at 71 y.o. we had no problem climbing into bed to sleep well. Having messed up our dates and returned to base 24 hours late we still received nothing but care, courtesy and generosity. Marvellous. Thank you.

Bob and the team from Campervan North America provided us with everything we needed from clear information at our initial enquiry through to dropping us back at the airport at the end of our trip. The Two4theroad van which we hired was in impeccable condition and surpassed our expectations. 2 weeks touring around Wyoming and Montana was made even more enjoyable because of the amenities we had in the van. Heating, solar power, shower but all in a compact and fun to drive package.

In terms of service, Bob and his team offered advice on routes, things to do and general local advice. All in all an excellent experience.

Thanks to the Edelweiss, we spent a wonderful vacation driving from Jackson Hole to Seattle through Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Glacier and Olympic National Parks. It perfectly fitted our needs: reasonable size, easy to drive, low gas consumption and very comfortable. We would definitely recommand this vehicule for anybody planning a roadtrip throughout the US.

CAMPERVAN! That is what we always say when we see a vehicle on the road that resembles one of Bob's! We are completely spoiled after renting a campervan. The idea of being completely self-sufficient on or off the road is amazing! You have the choice of stocking the van yourself or utilizing the equipment that is available for rent. Bob pays attention to every detail to ensure an incredible experience! Whether you have the doors open for cocktails at sunset or are enjoying that morning cup of coffee inside where it's warm and cozy, you can't go wrong!

The van drives quite easily and has a great field of vision for seeing all around you, especially in the National Parks. We are repeat customers that have a tear in our eye when we have to hand the keys back over. And of course, we are already planning our next adventure!

Where I'd like to start is how welcome we felt with Bob Swan. We had a heck of a time getting to ID and when we finally did, I felt Bob and I had known each one another for years. I bring this up to let you know that he's passionate about Campervan North America and loves that you are seeing HIS world in the best possible way – In a converted van.

Our experience was seamless – from airport pickup and delivery to getting us dialed in for our van rental to sending us on our way into the Tetons – we just had an easy, adventurous and FUN time.

These vans are truly a dream to drive. They are very economical and roomy, yet spacious inside. We were so pleased with how the van handled. Winding roads and parking were a piece of cake.

If you have never driven an RV around, DO NOT WORRY. These drive like a station wagon and we had no troubles at all – not even when we had to parallel park.
